If you wish to certify any of your new or existing products, please let us know, and we will arrange the necessary laboratory testing. The lab will conduct physical tests on the garments and issue CE and UKCA marking certificates in your company’s name at a nominal cost.
Below are the details regarding the required tests:
**Tests for Motorcycle Garments:**
**Chemical Tests** (No need for new tests on our materials, as these have already been conducted):
– pH on all materials (main layers, linings, inserts)
– Azo colorants on all materials (main layers, linings, inserts; excluding white materials)
– Chromium VI (leather only)
– Nickel (only on metallic inserts that make contact with neck, waist, wrists)
**Physical-Mechanical Tests**:
– General garment check, ergonomics, and protector positioning
– Darmstadt abrasion test (combination of materials from external to internal layer, according to the specified zones)
