The tests to be performed on motorcycle garments are:
Chemicals (already Perform over material no need for a new test in our materials)
– pH on all materials (main layers, linings, inserts)
– Azo-coloranti on all materials ( main layers, linings, inserts; not on white materials)
– Cromo VI (leather only)
– Nickel (only on metallic inserts if in contact with neck, wais, wrists)
– tear strength of external shell fabric
-tear strength of internal shell fabric
Physical-Mechanical
– garment general check + ergonomics + protectors’ positioning
– seam strength (structural external materials and protector pockets’ materials)
– Darmstadt abrasion (combination of materials from external to internal layer, according to the zones
